How to read the overview

Every class in World of Warcraft has several specializations that decide which role you play in a group: tank, healer or damage. Armor determines your gear and says a lot about sturdiness: plate is the heaviest, cloth the lightest.

The Beginner friendly column is our take on how easy a class is to learn. More points mean friendlier for beginners. For a detailed recommendation, see our guide to the easiest classes for beginners.
