WoW Midnight has seven healing specs across six classes: Priest (Holy, Discipline), Paladin (Holy), Shaman, Druid (both Restoration), Monk (Mistweaver) and Evoker (Preservation). Holy Paladin and Holy Priest are the most approachable for beginners.
Healers keep the group alive and are in demand in every dungeon and raid. Six classes can heal in WoW, and the Priest even has two different healing specs. That makes seven healers, some of which play completely differently.

Which healer suits you?
For beginners: Holy Paladin and Holy Priest have clear, direct heals and strong emergency abilities. The Paladin also benefits from plate armor.
For planners: the Restoration Druid heals ahead of time with effects over time. If you like thinking ahead, this is for you.
For players who don't just want to heal: Discipline Priest and Mistweaver combine damage and healing. You attack enemies and heal your group in the process.
For the experimental: the Preservation Evoker plays unlike any other healer thanks to its charge-up spells.
Tips for new healers
- Positioning is everything. Stand where you can reach everyone and stay out of danger zones.
- Not every health bar needs to be full. Efficient healing saves Mana for the dangerous moments.
- Help with damage. In quiet phases, every healer contributes damage too.
