How It Feels
Feral is the Druid as a predator. In Cat Form you stalk your prey, pounce and tear wounds that bleed for a long time. You are fast, silent and dangerous, and when everything comes together, your enemy is down before they can really react.
It feels demanding and rewarding. You manage several bleeds at once, watch energy and combo points and plan when to apply your wounds at their strongest.
How Feral Works
The Feral Druid uses energy and combo points:
- Rake: a bleed that awards a combo point.
- Build combo points: Shred is your basic attack and grants more combo points.
- Finishers: Rip applies a long bleed, Ferocious Bite deals instant damage and can consume extra energy.
- Tiger's Fury: restores energy and increases your damage, including for bleeds you apply during it.
- Berserk: your big cooldown, generating combo points at high speed.
Key Abilities

Lore: Ashamane, the Cat of the Wild
Feral is the path of the predator. Druids who choose it honor the wild gods of the hunt. At its center is Ashamane, one of Azeroth's wild gods, revered as a great cat.
In Legion, Feral Druids carried the Fangs of Ashamane as their artifact, claws that hold the goddess's power. Druids once learned Cat Form from the demigods of nature, who entrusted their secrets to Malfurion and his students.
